Qingdao Laixi Seven Precarious Grapes Professional Cooperative is located in the southwest of Qingdao Laixi City, Shandong Province, 25 kilometres from the city's administrative office. It is close to Weilai Expressway, Shenhai Expressway, Provincial Road 804 and Provincial Road 209, which pass through the territory. It is located between the four cities of Qingdao, Yantai, Weifang and Weihai, which are open to the outside world. The cooperative was incorporated on 27th February 2008 in accordance with the law. There are 136 shareholders in the professional co-operative and the total contribution of the shareholders is 200,000 RMB. Since 2008, the Qingdao Laixi Seven Precarious Grapes Cooperative has transferred 1,300 mu of farmland, of which 800 mu are managed by the members themselves and 500 mu are managed by the Grapes Cooperative. The co-operative's legal person, Jiang Xun, has built 380 mu of kernelless grapes in a rain shelter facility, Krisson. In 2012, the cooperative registered the trademark "Yongshang Seven Precarious Grapes" and in 2019, it started to declare the national geographical indication "Seven Precarious Grapes", which was accepted by the State Intellectual Property Office in June 2020 and approved for use by the State Intellectual Property Office on May 6, 2022. There are two transformers around the arable land transferred by the professional co-operative, so that agricultural electricity is available. The water source is linked to the Xiao Gu River in the west and to the Dagu River in the east, and the water source of the Xiao Gu River is the drinking water source of Qingdao City, so there is sufficient water source.

The Seven Precarious Grapes Professional Cooperative of Qingdao Laixi City, through the large-scale promotion and application of pollution-free planting technology, the implementation of a base management system, mechanized management, fertilizer and water integration management and other scientific management, from 2018 to 2021, the Seven Precarious Grapes Professional Cooperative, under the leadership of the Seven Precarious New Village Industrial Party Branch, has transferred 200 mu of collective village land, 180 mu of villagers and 120 mu of Shuangshan New Village in Xiagezhuang Town. The construction of the rain-sheltered grape infrastructure has been completed and put into operation. The total investment in the vineyard is more than 10 million yuan, mainly in equipment and vineyard operating funds. Sources of funding: Firstly, 4.5 million yuan of support from the Organisation Department of the Laixi Municipal Party Committee. Secondly, the Agricultural Bureau of Laixi City supported funds of around 1.2 million yuan, with three sets of fertiliser and water integration equipment totalling about 600,000 yuan; thirdly, the Water Resources Bureau of Laixi City supported two sets of low-pressure irrigation for water supply and a ping pond totalling more than 1 million yuan; fourthly, some villagers took land or funds into shares; fifthly, bank loans; for the construction of the nuclear-free grape industry in the new village of Seven Precipices.
